Valet Parker Jobs Description
As a Valet Parking Driver, you are responsible for providing excellent service to all hotel guests by assisting them in a courteous and friendly manner in order to get outcomes from the customer. All you need to do is to welcome to the hotel guest, open vehicle door, get key, give them parking tickets and park guest car in the designated area.
- Greet hotel guests at the main entrance of the hotel.
- Get car key, give them parking tickets and park in the designated area with professionally.
- Assist incoming and outgoing hotel guests with their luggage.
- Must be familiar to all tourist areas within the Dubai.
- Note all the hotel guest request, query, complaint carefully and inform your supervisor to thorough within a time period.
Eligibility Criteria:
- High school degree or equivalent diploma is mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of similar working experience in a 5-star hotel industry. However, gulf countries work experience would be a good advantage.
- Fluency in English speaking.
- Excellent interaction skills.
- Exceptional in time management skills.
- Must have a valid driving license.
- Pleasant personality, friendly attitude, hard work, good communication skills in customer service, punctual and sincere with the job.
