• Posting all the invoices or receipts into the software correctly and accurately.
• Filing Documents and Maintains.
• Prepare sales tax invoice by using the software.
• Internal Audit of all bookkeeping by yourself.
• Managing profit & loss and balance sheet.
• Receivable analysis payable ageing and analysis, budgeting inventory valuation.
• Arrange all the records of suppliers.
• Abstract Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports.
• Keeping records of all customers outstanding.
• Maintain Debit and Credit Account on the daily basis.
